Scholarship
As a part of our initiatives to give back to UVCE, we have established the UVCE Foundation Scholarship Program, supported by donations from UVCE alumni across the world, to help needy students in bearing their educational expenses. The Foundations mission is achieved through a Scholarship Program that enables awardees to overcome financial hardships to complete their higher education and become useful members of the local and global community.
The number of students from disadvantaged backgrounds seeking to study at UVCE,being a government college, has never been greater in these times of economic hardships, and there is a growing need for financial assistance. The program provides each student with full or half scholarships alleviating some of their financial hardships affecting them and their families. These scholarships allow the students the comfort of taking fewer loans and worry a little less about money during their student years.
Need cum Merit Scholarships for I Year B.E. at UVCE
Applications are invited for the award of UVCE FOUNDATION need-based scholarships from needy and deserving students aspiring for I year Admision at UVCE , Bangalore. The scholarship is introduced to enable financially deprived students to join and pursue their studies at UVCE smoothly. The scholarship covers fees* and living expenses* for all four years at UVCE.
Eligibility
I YEAR BE STUDENTS WHO HAVE BEEN ALLOTED SEAT AT UVCE FOR 2024-25 SESSION THROUGH KCET AND ARE FACING SEVERE FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES.
INCOME: UNDER 5 LAKHS
CET RANK CUTOFF : 5000
- Scholarship amount -Rupees 25,000 – 50,000 , annually for 4 years.
- Specific scholarships reserved for girl students
- Specific scholarships reserved for high merit students, with exceptional CET ranking/CET ranking under 1k.
- Scholarship budget rupees 35 lakhs for 2024-25

- Students at UVCE who seek financial assistance to overcome economic hardships in meeting their educational expenses including tuition fees and hostel fees , are invited to apply for need-based UVCE Foundation Scholarships for the academic year 2024-25 using the form using the form below.
- UVCE Foundation offers two types of financial support to students :
- Tuition fee support with a FULL scholarship of Rs 25,000/-
- Hostel and tuition support to Girl students of Rs 50,000/-.
